This sculpture was titled "Faster" because of my frustrations with medical practices, thoughts of continuing to rely solely on doctors at home and the potential outcome of requiring a seeing eye dog. It is a reference to visual impairment and assistance dogs, and is an appeal to the government to respect the rights of people with glaucoma to dignity by providing timely and uninterrupted access to health services and legal marijuana.

After years of delays, I was fortunate to receive medical care and eye surgeries from doctors outside of Canada.
